By no means is "Beyond the Black Rainbow" a seriously good movie. It's just different. PARTS are good; parts are pretentiously annoying and bad, but mostly it's amusing...to me, anyway. IMDB said it made 56K at the box office.

"Take This Waltz" WAS quite unexpectedly enjoyable. I really liked the sequence of her on The Scrambler with "Video Killed the Radio Star" playing. I'm also going to offer "Beyond the Black Rainbow" for first place in the WTF category.
