					<description><![CDATA[Not to be THAT GUY, but it&#039;s gotta be said: the comic is just so much better. In fact, the whole TV show so far has been an almost complete disaster. 

It would have made much more sense to just adapt the comics, condensing and modifying when necessary, than to strike out on their own into all of these boring, dramatically static areas. (The season opener was a whole episode of not finding a girl who had been lost in the woods; after episode 2, she&#039;s still not been found.) 

There are a half dozen seasons worth of material in the books, all of which are suspenseful, highly dramatic, and character-driven. Maybe it has to do with a different conception of genre: the books are post-apocalyptic survival horror (with optional zombies), and the TV show is, as you say, zombie porn.]]></description>
